Starting at the end of the year
My fitness journey has been a long and fitful one. I call this: beginning again. This is because like everyone, I made New Year Resolutions which by mid-Jan, I had broken. Then the year has had its ups and downs. In between all that, I have lost this goal that I had to improve my fitness.
Now, it is almost the end of the year. I have still chosen to start pursuing this goal once more. I also want to involve friends and to make new friends along the way.
I hope to talk health from the point of view of exercise (bootcamps, gym) and food (menus, smoothies and health drinks). So stay tuned!
